PK values flagged as out-of-trend by the geometric-mean algorithm. For every interior PK timepoint, the expected value is the geometric mean of the bracketing timepoints. A sample is flagged as a re-test candidate when its actual value deviates by ≥2× from that expectation and the immediately preceding and following protocol-scheduled timepoints (Day 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 15, 22, 29, 43) are both present in the subject's data — otherwise the bracket is too sparse to tell which value is the anomaly. Endpoint outliers (first/last timepoints) are not detectable by this algorithm.
